The mission of the College and Career Ministry at Teaver Road Baptist Church is to partner with young adults as they transition from their parent’s homes and begin discovering their own individual paths. We strive to be their partners and safety nets that they need as they discover and start making their faith their own.

Together, they will be challenged to seek God’s calling and purpose for their lives as they find their wings. Our intention is to help encourage them as they navigate the often stressful, scary, and at times downright discouraging college and career paths they are traveling. It is our goal to cover them in constant prayer, give support when needed, and support and link them up with mentors that can encourage and guide them throughout this period of their lives. Most importantly, we want to be deliberate about helping them build their relationship with Christ while continuing to transition them even more into the main church body.
